Casa Matias

Located at the corner of South Dixie Highway and SW 260th Street in Naranja, Casa Matias consists of 80 apartments – with 40 units serving formerly homeless families and the remaining 40 units serving low-income families. With a broad range of supportive services and resident programs, the six-story building includes a parking garage and an expansive indoor/outdoor community recreation space.

 

 

Bonita Cove

Located at 5715 NW 2nd Avenue in Miami's Little Haiti neighborhood, Bonita Cove consists of 60 apartments with 30 units serving formerly homeless Veterans and 30 units serving low-income families. The community offers a full-range of supportive services and on-site programs and includes a recreational space, library and laundry facilities.

 


Dr. Barbara Carey-Shuler Manor

Located at 1400 NW 54th Street in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood, Dr. Barbara Carey-Shuler Manor consists of 100 apartments – with 50 units serving formerly homeless families, and the remaining 50 units serving elderly residents and low-income families. The community offers an array of supportive services aimed at helping residents achieve independence and a host of amenities, including an exercise facility, multi-purpose community room, and a parking garage.

 

Verde Gardens

In 2011, Carrfour developed Verde Gardens, a 145-unit townhome community for formerly homeless residents, located at 12550 SW 282nd Street in South Miami-Dade adjacent to the former Homestead Air Force Base. The property is currently managed by the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust in partnership with Camillus House. 

 

 

 


Villa Aurora

Home to Carrfour's corporate headquarters, Villa Aurora is located at 1398 SW 1st Street in Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood – just blocks away from Marlins Park. The complex consists of 76 apartments – with 39 units serving formerly homeless families and 37 units serving low-income families/elderly residents. Amenities include a parking garage, community center, computer room and gym – as well as the Miami-Dade County Public Library's Hispanic Branch, located on the ground floor.

The Royalton

Located at 131 SE 1st Street in Downtown Miami, the Royalton is a historic Miami hotel – originally built in 1923 – which was renovated and restored into an affordable housing community. The Royalton consists of 100 furnished apartments serving formerly homeless and low-income residents, with amenities including wireless internet, a community/TV room, meeting facilities, a computer lab, and laundry facilities on each floor.
