Harding Village
Located at 8540 Harding Avenue in Miami Beach, Harding Village consists of four renovated buildings with 92 affordable housing units. The rehabilitated deco-style Paradise Inn hotel includes 54 units serving formerly homeless individuals, 20 units serving formerly homeless Veterans, and 18 units serving low-income residents. Amenities include a community room, computer lab, library, laundry room, and an outdoor terrace area.
Little River Bend
Located at 8250 NE 4th Place in Miami, Little River Bend consists of 66 apartment units serving formerly homeless residents impacted by disabilities. Amenities at the gated, waterfront community include an on-site supportive services office, three courtyards, a computer lab, community room, and laundry facilities.
Little Haiti Gateway
Located at 6201 NE 2nd Avenue in Miami's Little Haiti neighborhood, Little Haiti Gateway consists of 80 apartments – with 70 units serving formerly homeless individuals and 10 units serving low-income residents. The community encompasses nine historic buildings that have been preserved, completely renovated, and designed with a Caribbean flair. Amenities inlcude a computer room, library, exercise facility, clubhouse, and a covered picnic pavillion/barbeque area.
Del Prado Gardens
Located at 18010 NW 39th Court in Miami Gardens, Del Prado Gardens is a 32-unit townhouse community providing formerly homeless families a safe place to live while encouraging independence within a supportive environment. Through the companionship and support of others who have shared similar experiences and with the support of Carrfour's case management team, the community emphasizes self-sufficiency and offers a nurturing environment for children.
Rivermont House
Located at 789 NW 13th Avenue in Miami, Rivermont House consists of 76 affordable housing units serving formerly homeless individuals – with 36 units serving disabled persons and 15 units serving elderly residents. Amenities include a computer lab, fitness center, library, pool table room and outdoor courtyard.
