Northside Commons
Northside Commons is an 80-unit affordable housing development in Miami's West Little River neighborhood. The development comprises 56 units for adults in need of supportive care for disabilities or mental illness, and 24 units for people earning no more than 60 percent of the area's median income. Key Clubhouse of South Florida provides mental health and rehabilitation services for residents.
Heritage Park at Crane Creek
Heritage Park at Crane Creek is a supportive housing community in the heart of Melbourne, Florida in Brevard County with 80 apartments – 56 of which are permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals and families, with 16 of those units specifically set aside for households with family members suffering from disabling conditions. The community's remaining 28 units are "traditional" affordable housing units available to individuals and families who earn less than 60% of the area's median income. Amenities include an on-site health clinic, gym, computer lab and library.
The Residences at Equality Park
Located in the City of Wilton Manors in Broward County, The Residences at Equality Park is a 48-unit development that provides low-income housing and on-site supportive services for LGBTQ seniors with disabiling conditions as part of a collaboration with South Florida non-profit The Pride Center.
Dr. Alice Moore Apartments
Located in the South Florida community of West Palm Beach, Dr. Alice Moore Apartments comprises 36 units of much-needed permanent housing combined with critical supportive services for low-income residents impacted by disabling conditions. Alice Moore provides residents earning at or below 60% AMI with individualized and comprehensive services within a supportive community that promotes residential stability, self-determination, self-sufficiency and independence.
Liberty Village
Liberty Village is a permanent supportive housing community consisting of 60 units at 5329 NW 17th Avenue in Miami's Liberty City neighborhood. Forty eight of the development's units are designated for formerly homeless Veterans and their families. No less than 25% of units are provided to residents earning 33% or less of the AMI, with the remainder provided to households earning 60% or less of the AMI.
Karis Village
Karis Village, located at 11885 SW 216th Street in Miami's Goulds neighborhood close to Cutler Ridge and Cutler Bay, is a new construction $25M affordable housing development which will provide 88 fully-amenitized units serving low-income and formerly homeless veterans and families. Half of the community's apartments will be allocated for formerly homeless individuals/families and the other half will serve those earning at or below 60% of the AMI.
